技术性贸易壁垒与我国的应对策略

Technical barriers to trade and the countermeasures

针对技术性贸易壁垒的概念、表现形式和特点,从国内外两个角度进一步分析了技术性贸易壁垒形成的原因,并说明了在应对技术性贸易壁垒时应注意的问题,从政府的宏观调控策略和企业的微观应对措施两方面提出了应对技术性贸易壁垒的对策。指出为了增强我国企业参与国际竞争的能力,提高出口竞争力,必须从宏观和微观两个方面进行调整,应对技术性贸易壁垒。

As one kind of non-tariff barriers, technical barriers to trade （TBT） are hidden and discriminating and have become a great ＂barrier to export in China. How to break down discriminating technical barriers to trade in order to protect our export market has been an urgent task to complete presently. This paper first introduces the definition and characteristics of TBT, and then analyzes the reason of its development, finally puts forward some countermeasures.
