Research in the Relationship Between Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1 and Skin

低氧诱导因子-1是低氧时表达的一种蛋白,由低氧诱导因子-1α和低氧诱导因子-1β组成的异源二聚体。其中低氧诱导因子-1α决定着低氧诱导因子-1的活性,对伤口的愈合、新血管再生和肿瘤形成起着一定的作用,可能与皮肤疾病有一定关系。调控低氧诱导因子-1的水平可能为某些皮肤病的治疗开辟新的途径。

Hypoxia inducible factor-1 （ HIF-1 ） is a heteroduplex composed ot HIF-1 α and HIF-1β, expressed under condition of hypoxia. HIF-1 α is the major determinant for the activity of HIF-1 ,and plays a key role in wound healing,regeneration of new vessels and tumor formation, which may associate with skin diseases. The regulation of HIF-1 may pave the way for new treatment of skin diseases.
