摘要
对新型发酵消沫剂——液态猪油的分离进行了研究分析.采用乳法化和自然结晶法相结合的优化工艺,从熔点较高的新鲜猪油中分离出一定碘值、常温下呈液态的油脂,作为抗生素发酵消沫剂,替代食用豆油,并用于利福霉素的发酵试验.结果表明。
This paper describes the separation process of a new fermentation defoamer lard oil. By the optimum technique of emulsification combined with natural crystallization, liquefied lard at room temperature is separated from fresh lard with a high melting point. The lard oil can be used as on antibiotic fermentation defoamer to substitute edible bean oil. When it is applied in the fermentation test of rifamycin, the titer of rifamycin increases more than 15% compared with the old fermentation defoamer.
