摘要
本文首先分析了已有的粮库温度采集系统及相关器件的发展现状,在此基础上讨论现场环境、外界干扰、粮垛内温度场的分布情况。根据实际条件对测温系统的要求,提出本方案的依据及硬件部分的详细电路。最后,对整个系统进行了误差分析,并采取了有效的抗干扰措施,从而提高了测量的精度,较好解决了对粮库温度的采集问题。
First of all, this paper analyses the existing temperature collection systems for grain depot and the development of correlative devices, In the on-the-spot environments, outside disturbances and distribution of temperature field for grain heaps are then discussed. Basis for the scheme and detailed circuitry of hardware parts are presented in terms of the need for the measuring temperature system. In the end, error analysis is used for the whole system and valid anti-disturbing measures are adopted to enhance measurement accuracy. It better solves the collection problems about temperatures of grain depot.
