摘要
本文设计出了一套锅炉液位显示、报警的控制系统。该控制系统的是由MCS-51单片机及光柱和语音芯片等相关硬件组成,利用单片机串口接收智能锅炉液位传感器传送的数据,通过容错性处理后在LED和光柱上显示液位高度。文中给出了系统实现的部分硬件电路和软件流程图。经现场几个月的运行,表明该系统设计合理、可行。
This paper designs a liquid lever display and control system. It use 89S51 micro-controller and other logic circuits, such as light-pole and voice chip. it receive data of liquid lever through serial interface. After fault toranee produce, it display in lightpole and LED. This paper also presents graphic of the hardware and the procedure the software. It proved that this sensor is available and useful after mouths using.
