摘要
本文介绍一种基于低成本、高性能的嵌入式微控制器LPC2292为核心的电子送经卷取控制系统的设计方法,以及芯片HCTL-2020、INA128等外围电路的设计。此系统采用了交流伺服和CAN总线技术,使送经卷取运动能够协调控制,实现了经纱张力的动态控制。
The paper introduces the electronic let-off and electronic take-up Control System which is realized by a low cost,high efficient microcontroller LPC2292. It also introduces the design based on the chips of HCTL-2020,INA128 etc.. With the application of AC servocontrol technology and CAN bus technology in it, the system realizes synchronization control between electronic let-off and electronic take-up. At the same time, the system realizes the dynamic control of the warp tension.
