通过介绍微机电系统(MEMS)技术及其主导产品的性能特点,针对现状,为促进我国MEMS产品商业化占领市场,作者提出了包括应用风险投资等市场手段和市场运行机制的五条途径,详细分析了这些途径的特点,并进一步分析了国内外MEMS产品的市场前景.
Facing the fact, by illustrating the MEMS technology and the characteristic of its main product, the author puts forward five measures including venture capital and market mechanism 4 in order to accelerate the MEMS product to industrialization, and more, analyses the characteristic of five measures and the market prospect of the MEMS product.
