酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜的保护作用

Research on Protective Effect of Jiusuyu on Gastric Mucosa of Acute Alcoholism Mice

目的:探讨酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用56度红星二锅头酒灌胃建立急性酒精中毒小鼠模型,以葛花解酲汤为对照,观察酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)的影响。结果:模型组小鼠胃黏膜出现明显出血、糜烂,点片状溃疡,黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,同时胃黏膜SOD活性和NO水平下降(P<0.01),MDA和ET-1含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,酒速愈可明显改善急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学,并升高SOD活性和NO水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低MDA和ET-1含量(P<0.01)。结论:酒速愈具有调节自由基代谢,抗氧化损伤,调节血管收缩舒张因子,改善胃黏膜微循环,保护急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜的作用。

Objective： To investigate the protective effect and its mechanisms of Jiusuyu on gastric mucosa of acute alcoholism mice. Methods： Acute alcoholism mouse models were set up by intragastric administration of 56° Hongxing Erguotou wine, compared with Gehuajiecheng liquid, the effect of Jiusuyu on gastric mucosa pathological histology, SOD, MDA, NO and ET-1 of acute alcoholism mice were observed. Results： The gastric mucosa of mice in model group appeared obvious bleeding, fester and ulcer; a lot of phlegmonosis cells infiltrating could be seen below mucosa. At the same time the activity of SOD and level of NO in gastric mucosa were decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and content of MDA and ET- 1 were increased in mucosal of mice in model group（ P 〈 0.01）. Compared with model group, Jiusuyu could obviously improve gastric mucosa pathological histology of acute alcoholism mice, and increase activity of SOD and level of NO （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, decrease the contents of MDA and ET-1 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Jiusuyu could improve free radical metabolism, resist oxidation damage, adjust vascular contracting-relaxing factor and improve microcirculation of gastric mucosa; it has the effect of protecting gastric mucosa of acute alcoholism mice.
