采用藻酸钙培养法在体外构建工程化关节软骨组织 被引量:10

摘要 Masuda等最近报道了用藻酸钙短期培养牛软骨细胞。然后利用收集的细胞及基质培养成无支架的软骨组织获得成功。我们试图用羊的软骨细胞,采用该方法培养无支架的软骨组织,为构建组织工程软骨用于临床开辟新的途径。
