摘要
头孢曲松钠属于第三代半合成头孢菌素类抗生素,在抗菌药物中占有非常重要的地位。本文着重介绍头孢曲松钠的发展现状、制备工艺及各种操作条件对产品质量的影响情况,并对今后的发展前景作了展望。
Specific operation parameters which influence the final product quality and the advances in process development of the ceftriaxone sodium manufacturing were reviewed.
