摘要
应用Navier-Stokes方程建立了高分子聚合物在双螺杆挤出机螺槽中压力分布的计算模型.分析了喂料量、螺杆冷却方式、螺杆转速等操作工艺参数与螺槽中压力分布的关系,以及压力分布对挤出物质量(即挤出物的物理性质和力学性能)的影响.通过改善螺槽中的压力分布,寻找最佳操作工艺参数,并在此操作条件下进行了实验论证.
A dew computing model of pressure distribution of ploymer in the channel of twin screw extruder is established. It is used to analyse the relation of operating parameters, such as rotation rate of screw, cold screw process , feed quantity and pressure distribution; and the effects of pressure distribution on the quality of extrusion material. By modifying the pressure distribution, the optimum operating parameters were determined. The computing results are compared with the experimental ones.
