摘要
电力多经企业是安置型企业。现以娄底电业局为实例,对电力多经企业自我生存、发展能力低等特点作了剖析,并论述了如何对其进行体制机制创新,达到既要推动企业向市场化发展,又能确保职工队伍稳定的问题。
Some of diversified enterprises are set up to settle down the redundant staff and they are more collective-owned in nature. Taking Loudi power supply bureau for example, the characteristics of diversified business of power utilities are summarized as low self survive ability and low developing capability. The issues on how to innovate the management system and mechanism in order to reach the goals of pushing market oriented development while keeping stability of the work force of the enterprise are well addressed in this paper.
