摘要
从影响营销活动的各种各样的因素入手,将反映营销工作业绩的各项指标进行整合,建立起一套能够全面、客观反映营销工作实绩的多层次综合指标评价体系,并采用模糊综合评判方法,将定性指标与定量指标相结合,对供电企业的营销工作进行诊断和综合评价。
Various performance indicators reflecting marketing performance should be integrated starling from analysis on various factors affecting marketing activities. A comprehensive performance indicator system is therefore established, which can reflect all-round marketing performance impersonally. This system together with the use of compositive fuzzy judgment method can integrate quantitative and qualitative indicators and can provide diagnosis and comprehensive evaluation on marketing work for power utilities.
