摘要
利用热模拟技术对国产HG50钢焊接过热区组织和低温韧性进行了试验研究,建立了焊接冷却时间t8/5与低温韧性的关系曲线,分析了HG50钢模拟焊接过热区组织转变特征及其对韧性的影响,为焊接工艺优化设计提供了重要的技术支持。
Microstructure and low temperature toughness of simulation weld overheated zone for HG50 steel were investigated by heat simulation technique. The relation curves of welding cooling time t8/5 and low temperature toughness of simulation weld overheated zone were set up. The structure characteristics of simulation weld overheated zone and the effects on toughness were analyzed. The basic data are offered for optimized welding technics.
