摘要
明确ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)项目的成功标准对提高企业实施ERP项目的成功率有很好的促进作用。为解决目前没有公认的ERP项目成功的评价标准的问题,提出并建立了项目成功度评价体系。ERP项目成功度评价体系结合国内外的研究成果和项目管理中的相关概念,从ERP项目预算、ERP项目时间和ERP项目目标三个角度研究了ERP项目成功的评价标准,并在此基础上给出了各个指标的参考权重,随后讨论了它的算法。实例应用证实了ERP项目成功度评价体系具有良好的实用性和可操作性,能很好地评价ERP项目成功与否。
A success criterion is very important for projects of enterprise resource planning （ERP） to succeed. This paper puts forward an evaluation system to estimate the success degree of ERP projects. The system is discussed in details such as the budget, the time and the aim of the ERP projects. The paper presents index weights and discusses the algorithm for the system. An example demonstrates the system with good practicability and flexibihty.
