摘要
如何从盟主企业的主生产计划出发来有效控制合作企业的生产过程,是企业实施动态联盟的关键技术之一。研究面向生产制造过程企业合作伙伴的有效控制问题,基于任务分解与协作层次模型,建立了面向制造过程的多任务多级协作的图论模型,解析了任务节点的划分与控制,通过计算路径长度,确定协作网络中的关键路径,并对协作过程进行评价和决策。
It is one of key technologies for enterprise actualizing dynamic alliance to control manufacturing process of cooperated enterprises in effect on the basis of league host' s main manufacturing plans. Based on disassembled task and collaborated arrangement model and way of calculating route length, it researches about controlling questions facing manufacturing process, establishes the graph model for multi - task collaboration about manufacturing process, analyzes the partition and control of task model, confirms the key route of cooperation network and makes the evaluation and decision on cooperation process.
