摘要
汽车驱动桥桥壳是汽车底盘中主要的受力部件,承受着各个方向的载荷,其主要的损伤形式是在交变载荷作用下发生的疲劳失效。基于某型驱动桥壳的有限元模型进行了该桥壳的静强度计算,并在此基础上对其进行了疲劳寿命分析,研究了桥壳的结构形式、焊接工艺中的残余应力、焊接缺陷等因素对桥壳寿命的影响,形成的有限元模拟方法具有与台架实验相一致的结果。最后基于分析结果,提出了桥壳优化设计的方案。
The driving joint in the auto batholith bears commutative load, which brings on the fatigue invalidation. On the base of analysis for the static strength of the joint with FEM, it researches the influence of fatigue life on the structure of joint, the remnant stress of welding process, the defect of welded position. The simulation results are same as the experiment. At last, the paper presents the optimal design.
