摘要 目的观察无创血流动力学监测在危重患者液体复苏中的应用效果,总结无创血流动力学监测用于危重患者液体复苏中的护理经验。方法观察组危重患者进行无创血流动力学监测,根据监测值指导和实施液体复苏;对照组50例行中心静脉压监测。结果观察组治愈44例,死亡9例,其中肺水肿、ARDS、DIC等并发症的发生率为9.4%;对照组治愈36例,死亡14例,相关并发症的发生率达24.0%,2组在并发症的发生情况方面差异显著。结论在危重患者的液体复苏过程中,无创血流动力学监测能提供直观、连续、可靠的指导依据,并为及早建立监测系统提供一种可行的方法。 Objective Observing the effects of using the non- invasive heraodynamic monitoring for severe patients to liquid resuscitation, and then surmmarize the nursing points. Methods There were 53 patients in the observation group, the non- invasive heraodynamic monitoring was in this group. There were 50 patients in the control group, the central venous pressure was in this group. Resuits 44 patients in the observation group were cured and 9 patients dead. 36 patients in the control group were cured and 14 patients dead. The incidence rate of complication in the observation and the control group was 9.4% and 24.0 % respectively, the difference was significant between them. Conclusion Non - invasive heraodynamic monitoring can indicate the directed, continuous and feasible indexes during the course of liquid resuscitation for severe patients.
