婴儿24h连续性十二指肠胆汁监测的置管方法

The method of indwelling catheter for infants in order to monitoring the 24-hours duodenoscopic bile

目的探讨更适用于婴儿24h十二指肠胆汁监测的置管方法。方法将2002年6月-2005年9月行24h十二指肠胆汁监测的94例婴儿分为传统组44例和新方法组50例。分别采取不同的置管方法,比较2组一次插管成功率、插管时间、插管引起的并发症和插管的长度。结果新方法组无论在插管时间,一次插管成功次数,还是在并发症发生方面均显著优于传统组。结论新方法更适宜对婴儿行24h十二指肠胆汁监测。

Objective To study the proper method of indwelling catheter for infants in order to monitoring the 24 - hours duodenoscopic bile. Methods Divided 94 infants into 2 groups. 44 infants were in the traditional group and the traditional method of indwelling catheter was used for them. 50 infants were in the new - method group and the new method of indwelling catheter was used for them. Compared the successful rate of indwelling catheter, the time of indwelling catheter and the incidence rate of complications between the two groups. Results All the indexes in the new - method group were better than those of in the traditional group. Conclusion The new- method is a proper method to monitoring the 24 - hours duodenoscopic bile for infants.
