优势内容递增健康教育法改善患者术前睡眠的效果观察

The effects of using the health education by advantage contents increasing method on improving the condition of sleeping for before-operative patients

目的观察优势内容递增健康教育法改善手术患者术前睡眠的临床效果。方法选择眼科手术患者76例,随机分成传统组和优势内容组各38例,分别以传统法与优势内容递增法进行术前健康教育,观察教育前、后2组患者睡眠的改善情况。结果教育前2组比较睡眠改善差异无显著性(P>0.05);教育后传统组与优势内容组睡眠改善的比例分别为34.2%和57.9%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);教育前后传统组睡眠改善情况自身比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);优势内容组自身比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论优势内容递增法健康教育可有效改善并促进患者术前睡眠。

Objective To study the effects of using the health education by advantage contents increasing method on improving the sleeping for before- operative patients. Methods Divided 76 patients into 2 groups randomly. There were 38 cases in the advantage contents group and the health education by advantage contents increasing method was used for them. There were 38 cases in the traditional group and the traditional nursing measures were used for them. Compare the condition of sleeping between the 2 groups. Results The ratio of sleeping had improved in the advantage contents group and the traditional group was 57.9% and 34.2% respectively, the difference was significant, P〈0.05. The self- contrast result about the sleeping improved was significant in the advantage contents group, while non in the traditional group. Conclusion The health education by advantage contents increasing method can effective improve the sleeping for the before- operative patients.
