摘要
大唐灞桥热电厂2台俄产TBф110 2ЕИУ型100 MW发电机运行中2次出现励磁接触器正极故障。根据观察、测量及分析,找出了发电机碳刷烧损事故的主要原因。在采取相应措施后,电刷温度明显降低,故障消除。
The positive electrode fault of excitation contactor had appeared for two times in operation of 2×100 MW generators in Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant.Based on observation,measurement,and specialists analysis,the main causes of burnout failure for carbon brush on said generators have been found.After taking corresponding measures,the temperature of carbon brushes has remarkably lowered,and the fault being eliminated.
