摘要
基于ADH和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)氧化还原体系,开发了一种乙醇毛细生物传感器(ECB)。在激发波长350nm、发射波长459nm条件下,用ECB成功地对酒中的乙醇进行了测定;其线性范围为2.0~15g/L,r>0.9958,检出限为1.11g/L,RSD<2.3%。ECB重现性好、操作简便,样品用量仅为10!L,测定成本低;可实现乙醇的微量化、快速化测定;ECB可制成荧光毛细乙醇测试盒,用于含乙醇样品的测定。
A new ethanol capillary biosensor (ECB) for the determination of ethanol in tequila has been proposed based on ADH and NADH oxidation-reduction system. Ethanol concentration was determined by using the ECB at 350 nan of excited wavelength and at 459 nm of emission wavelength. The linear range ECB is 2.0-15.0 g/L, r〉0.9958, its detection limit is 1.11 g/L, RSD is less than 2.3 %, and sample volume is 10 μL. ECB has the advantages such as good reproducibility, lower cost, simple to operation, and it can realize micro and rapid determination. ECB can be made of a test kit for detecting the samples containing alcohol.
