摘要
以纳米型H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,己酸和无水乙醇为原料,合成曲酒香料己酸乙酯,实验结果表明,纳米复合磷钨杂多酸是合成己酸乙酯的良好催化剂,适宜的工艺条件为:酸醇物质的量比为11∶.8,催化剂用量5%,带水剂甲苯为5mL,反应时间2h,酯化率可达97.1%。
Synthesis of ethyl caproate from hexanoic acid and ethyl alcohol with nanometer H3PW12O40 / SiO2 as catalyst was studied. The results showed that nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesis of ethyl caproate. The optimal conditions were summed up as follows: molar ratio of hexanoic acid to ethyl alcohol was 1:1.8, the use level of catalyst was 5 %, the water-carrying toluene was 5 mL, reaction time was 2 h, and the yield was about 97.1%.
