镍铬硼硅钨气焊丝的研究

摘要 报道了新研制的用于氧一乙炔火焰堆焊的镍铬硼硅钨气焊丝着重研究了各元素在焊丝中的作用与影响,对筛选出的可用于实际生产的气焊丝,报道了其耐磨性试验结果. A special process adopted to produce Ni - Cr - B - Si - W alloy wires for oxy- acetylene flame gas welding is considered in this paper. Particularly,the significance of every element added to wires is understood. Based on thies,the effect of alloying elements on bead- on - plate test is studied. In addition, an alloy wire for gas welding, named type - 108, is picked out to be used successfully in production, because the type - 108 made the weld bead suprior hardness and wear - resistant.
