社会网络、声誉困境与农民工人力资本提升

Social Network, Reputation Trap and Improvement of Farmer-turned Workers＇ Human Capital

由于弱关系纽带的缺乏以及就业身份的锁定，农民工在嵌入城市社会网络中面临着严重的人力资本声誉困境。这种困境缘于其所陷入的就业阶梯上的低水平陷阱。突破声誉困境，重构农民工的良好声誉，有必要从加强农民工务工技能培训、构建农民工声誉记录机制、建立农民工社区合作社等三方面着力解决。

Because of the weak link and their locked-in employment status, farmer-turned workers are facing severe reputation crisis in their human capital, which stems from their lower status trap in employment ladders. In order to break through the reputation embarrassment and rebuild their good reputation, it is essential to take the following three measures, i.e., to strength their working skills trainning, set up register system of their reputation, and set up farm-turned workers＇ community cooperation organization.
