Remediation and Consummation of Financial Reform System

政府主导的行政金融体制不应是金融深化的制度性障碍，它是金融改革中已深化的对象和内容之一。融资并无不公平的所有制歧视或限制。改革、创新金融法律制度及与金融发展相关的其他经济及社会法律制度，培育、创造市场主导的金融生态环境和相应的社会基础，才是我国深化金融改革、促进金融健康发展的根本出路。

The administrative financial system dominated by government is not the obstacle of financial deepening, but the object and content of financial deepening reform. There are no unequal system limitation and discrimination on financing. It is necessary to reform and innovate financial law system as well as relative social and economic law system, cultivate financial environment and corresponding social bases, which is the essence of Chinese financial deepening reform.
