短纤维浆种中浓打浆的生产应用状况及机理研究(英文) 被引量:3

PRODUCTION APPLICATION AND THEORY RESEARCH OF MEDIUM CONSISTENCY REFINING IN SHORT-FIBER PULP

摘要 针对国内短纤维造纸原料分析了低浓打浆的缺陷和不足,综合论述了中浓打浆在国内的研究、生产使用状况。实际生产过程表明,较之于低浓打浆,中浓打浆抄造成纸物理强度指标提高了15%~50%,能耗节省了30%~50%,并且具有较好的适应性。此外,文中还探讨了中、低浓打浆机理的差异及中浓打浆的特性,在中浓纸浆流体特性及试验室小试、中试和生产使用的基础上提出了纸浆湍流剪切力场小纤维网络体的“自打浆效应”新观点,以期为中浓打浆的研究和应用提供理论基础。 Discussed internal research and production application of medium consistency refining. Research showed: medium consistency refining can improve paper's intensity about 15%-50%, save energy 30% -50%, and medium consistency refining can be used in all kinds of papermaking materials, especially be used in short-fiber pulp such as wheat pulp, bamboo pulp and waste-paper pulp. In addition , the paper studied the theory differences between the medium consistency refining and low consistency refining , discussed the characteristic of medium consistency refining, expounded self-refining effect of small fiber-net in medium consistency pulp rapids on the grounds of laboratory test and production application, explained the advantage of medium consistency refining in mill's application according to the theory, hope to build the basis of research and production of medium consistency refining equipment and technology.
