摘要
以二茂铁为原料,三氟乙酸酐为酰化剂,无水AlCl3为催化剂,合成了目标产物三氟乙酰基二茂铁,其结构经IR1、HNMR、MS和元素分析得到了确证。采用正交实验设计确定了最佳反应条件:二茂铁4 g(21 mmol),三氟乙酸酐5.25 g(25 mmol),AlCl37 g(53 mmol),在0℃反应4 h,产率为75.4%。
Trifluoroacylferrocene was synthesized from ferrocene and trifluroacetyl anhydride using anhydrous aluminum trichloride as catalyst. The structure was confirmed by IR,^ 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. The optimal operation conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment: ferrocene 4 g (21 mmol), trifluroacetyl anhydride 5.25 g (25 mmol), AlCl3 7. 1 g (53mmol), the reaction temperature was 0℃ and the reaction time was 4 h, the yield was 75.4%.
