城市系统工程:城市发展研究新探(英文)

URBAN SYSTEMS ENGINEERING:A NEW EXPLORATION TO URBAN DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH

立足城市发展的基本内涵,界定城市系统工程的实质是结合城市思想与系统思想并在其指导下研究处理城市整体优化演化过程中问题的方法论,据此提出了城市系统工程理论框架的核心,包括将时空观作为研究理念,将城市发展作为研究主题,将城市系统、城市逻辑与城市制度作为研究维度,并将城市的发展阶段、发展规律、发展战略和发展调控作为研究问题,从城市系统工程的3种研究维度出发给出了对应的研究方法体系。

Based on the concept of urban development, it is pointed out that the essential of urban systems engineering is the methodology for dealing with problems in the process of optimal evolution of urban whole, which is under the guidance of the combination of urban thoughts and system approaches. Then a core theoretical frame of urban systems engineering is constructed, which makes the viewpoint of space time as a research clue, city and development as two research themes, urban system, urban logic and urban institution as three research dimensions, and development stage, development rule, development strategy and development control as four essential problems. According to the three different research dimensions, the corresponding sets of methods are proposed as well.
