摘要 在室外自然光的基础上,增加0μW/cm^2(CK组)、10.8W/cm^(T1组)、25.6W/cm^(T2组)3种紫外线-B(UV—B,280-320nm)辐射强度,研究UV—B辐射增强对葡萄植株形态的影响。结果表明:(1)对于节间,处理组T1对近生长点的节间有一定的促进作用,但伸长量相对于CK不显著;辐射处理下生成的节间,最终随着辐射量的累积节间长度受到的抑制越显著,且T2〉T1〉CK。(2)与对照相比,处理组的株高和叶面积都有明显的降低,且T2〈T1〈CK。 On the basis of outdoor natural sunlight, three radiation intensities including 0 μW/cm^2 (CK), 10.8 μW/cm^2(T1) and 25.6 μW/cm^2(T2) of ultraviolet- B radiation (UV- B, 280 to 320 nm) were used to study their effects on the morphology and physiology in plants of grape. The results showed that: (1) The treatment T1 could promote the stem nodes near to the growing point, but the amount of stretching was not obvious compared to that of CK; Under the treatments of radiation, the length of the stem nodes was obviously restrained with the accumulation of radiation, and the sequence was: T2 〉T1 〉CK. (2) Compared with the con- trol, the height and leaf area of the treatments were obviously decreased, and the sequence was: T2 〈 T1 〈 CK.
