摘要 应用相对运动原理,将钢丝圈的运动分解为牵连运动和相对运动,得出钢丝圈的空间运动方程和钢丝圈重心的空间位置坐标。然后利用动力学原理和环锭纺纱气圈理论,详细分析了纺纱过程中钢丝圈的受力情况,导出了钢丝圈在运动过程中的动力学方程,为正确设计钢丝圈提供了理论依据。最后利用MatLab数学工具,给出了钢丝圈空间位置的计算实例。 Applying the theory of relativity, the traveler movement was resolved into the traction motion and the relative motion, and the equation of the space motion of the traveler and the space position coordinate of the center of gravity of the traveler were obtained. Then, based on the principle of dynamics and the theory on the ballon for ring spinning, the force acting upon the traveler during spinning was analyzed, and the dynamical equation of the traveler in motion was derived, thus providing a theoretic basis for the correct design of the traveler. Finally, some examples were presented for calculating the space position of the traveler by making use of the MatLab.
