摘要
后配额时代,我国纺织装备制造业面临日益激烈的市场竞争。内外部环境要求企业必须对不断变化的市场做出快速反应,而信息化建设为之提供了有力支持。对纺织装备制造企业信息化的基本需求和内容进行了探讨,对实施信息化过程中的一系列问题进行了分析,并指出信息化建设作为一项系统工程,涵盖了企业从设计、采购、工艺、制造、管理、售后服务整个产品生命周期的全部内容,信息化建设是企业提高竞争力的重要手段。
After the quota's times, the textile equipment manufacturing industry of China is facing more and more strong market competition. Inner and outer environment requires the enterprises to make quick response to the changing market. And the construction of the information system provides the enterprises with the strong sustainment to its quick response ability. The basic requirement and content of the information system of textile equipment industry are discussed and a series of questions during the implement of the information system are analyzed. Also, it is put forward that, being a systems engineering, the construction of the information system includes the design, purchase, technique, manufacturing, management and the after service which covers the product's full life time.And it is an important measure to improve the competition ability of the enterprise.
