氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定美容胶囊中砷汞的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立中药制荆美容胶囊中微量砷、汞的测定方法。方法采用高压消解法消解样品,氢化物原子吸收法测定砷、汞的含量。结果测定结果的r相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于8.9%。回收率范围为90.8%~100.1%,方法的检出限分别为0.061,0.069μg/L。结论该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为中药制荆美容胶囊中微量砷、汞的测定方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of trail amounts of As and Hg in Meirong capsule. METHODS Hydride generation atomic absorption sepeetrometry was used to determine As and Hg by high-pressure digesting sample. RESULTS Thedetectionlimit of AS and Hg were 0. 061μg/L and0.069μg/L, RSD〈9%, the recovery was 90.8% -100.1%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and sensitivity, and can be applied for the determination of trace amount of As and Hg in Meirong Capsule.
