摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定甘草提取物中甘草次酸的含量。方法采用的色谱柱为D iscovery C18柱(250×4.6mm),流动相为乙睛-水-甲醇=7∶2∶1,流速为0.8mL.m in-1,检测波长268nm,柱温15℃。结果甘草次酸的线性范围为0.392μg^1.960μg,r=0.999 8,重复性RSD=1.1%,平均加样回收率102.33%,RSD=1.3%。结论此法操作简单,重现性好,其它组分无干扰,可用于甘草次酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of glycyrrhetinic acid in the distilled licorice by HPLC. METHODS The determination was carried out by RP-HPLC on Discovery C18 column, The mobile phase was CH3CN: H2O: MeOH (7: 2:1 ) with 0.8mL·min^-1 of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 268nm,column temperature was 15℃. RESULTS The linear range of glycyrrhetinic acid was from 0. 392p, g to 1, 9600g,and the pertinences quotient was 0. 9998, The sample RSD of reproducibility test was 1.1%, the average recovery for glycyrrhetinic acid was 102.33% and RSD was 1.3%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reproducible and selectine. It can be used for quality control of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae extract.
