不同喹诺酮类抗菌药在治疗下呼吸道感染中的药物经济学评价

Pharmacoeconomic evaluation of two kinds of quinolones in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections

目的评价加替沙星与左氧氟沙星在治疗下呼吸道感染中的临床疗效和药物经济学效果。方法选择156例下呼吸道感染病例,随机分成2组,分别给予加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗,观察疗效并运用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果2组治疗方案的有效率分别为93.60%和91.00%,而左氧氟沙星组的成本效果比优于加替沙星组。结论药物经济学评价结果为左氧氟沙星组的成本效果比优于加替沙星组。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacoeconomic results of two kinds of qulnolones in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. METHODS 156 patients with the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups, who were given gatifloxaein and levofloxiaein respectively. Therapeutic effects were observed and pharmaeoeconomie analysis was evaluated. RESULTS The total effective rates of gatifloxaein group and levofloxiaein group were 93.60% and 91.00%, pharmaeoeconomie analysis indicated the levofloxiaein was superior to gatifloxaein. CONCLUSION Pharmaeoeeonomie analysis indicated the levofloxiaein was superior to gatifloxaein in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.
