兔肠道部分缺血再灌注损伤对肠道功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察兔肠道部分缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤对肠道功能的影响。方法 55只大耳白兔分为肠部分I/R组、假手术对照组、正常对照组。依据失血性休克过程中肠道血流量变化规律,用自制的血流阻断器部分阻断肠系膜上动脉(SMA),复制肠道部分I/R损伤动物模型,采用葡聚糖蓝排出实验、D-木糖吸收实验、D-乳酸及二胺氧化酶活性(DAO)含量测定等评价肠道功能,并观察肠道形态学改变。结果在肠道缺血期,血浆DAO活性、D-乳酸含量明显升高,再灌注后进一步增加;血浆D-木糖浓度在缺血期及术后2—3天明显降低;葡聚糖蓝排出距离在缺血期及术后1天明显缩短。结论肠道部分I/R损伤可导致肠道局部组织损伤及运动、吸收、屏障等功能障碍。 Objective To investigate the influence of partial ischemia and reperfusion injury of intestine on intestinal function. Methods Fifty-five white rabbits were randomized into 3 groups: ischemia and reperfusion ( I/ R) ,sham operation and normal control group. In intestine I/R group,according to the changes of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) blood flow during hemorrhagic shock,the SMA were partially blocked to 50% with self-designed blocker and lasted for 4 hours. The blue dextran moving experiment,levels of diamine oxidase (DAO) ,D-lactic acid,D-xylopyranose in plsama were observed. Results In intestinal ischemia stage,the DAO activity and D-lactic acid content in plsama were higher than the normal level,and increased dramatically after reperfusion stage;content of D-xylopyranose in plsama decreased sharply in the intestinal ischemia stage 2 to 3 days after the operation. The blue dextran discharging distance shortened in intestinal the ischemia stage 1 day after the operation. Conclusion Intestine partial I/R injury can cause injury in intestinal tissue and the dysfunction in intestinal movement, absorption and barrier functions.
