结合学术与大学学术的概念和关系,从管理———高等教育管理———大学学术管理的层层递进中明确了大学学术管理的概念和涵义,澄清了大学学术管理的特征和原则。
This paper has gradually clarified the concept and connotation of coUege academic management, from management to the management of higher education, and to the coUege academic management, in conjunction with the concepts of academy and college academy and the relationship of them. Features and principles of college academic management have been explained, which make academic management much dearer.
