摘要
从心理契约的角度入手,在分析了心理契约的内涵,形成过程、以及高科技企业中人力资源的特征基础上,认为心理契约的构建在高科技企业人性化管理中发挥着关键性的作用,从而提出基于心理契约的高科技企业人性化管理对策,为高科技企业管理者提供一个独特思考的角度。
This paper first analyzes the content and form course of psychological contract, then with anlyse of characteristic of human resources in high technology enterprises,it points that a good psycological contract plays a key role in humanied management of high technology enterprises. Then it puts forward some humartized based on phychological contract ,aim at guiding the managers in high technology enterprises to think this problem deeply.
