青海省培育企业创新主体的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures for Qinghai Province to Cultivate the Subjects of Technological Innovation

企业是技术创新的主体,培育和壮大企业实力并提高其创新能力是欠发达地区实现创新发展的必由之路。在分析青海省企业技术创新现状的基础上,提出了青海省培育企业创新主体的两大对策。

The enterprises are the subjects of technological innovation in a certain region, and it is necessary for the underdeveloped regions to realize the innovational development by cultivating and strengthening the enterprises as well as heightening their innovational abilities. Based on the analyses on the present situations of technological innovation of the enterprises in Qinhai Province, the paper put forward two main countermeasures to cultivate the technological innovational subject the enterprises in Qinhai Province.
