摘要 胰岛素是人体重要的内分泌激素,不仅参与能量代谢的调节,对神经细胞还具有营养支持作用。胰岛素生物作用障碍与糖尿病脑病密切相关,胰岛素抵抗和(或)胰岛素分泌不足通过影响脑内葡萄糖代谢及神经营养作用而改变脑组织的神经生理功能、解剖结构,导致认知功能障碍,加速大脑老化的进程。同时,糖尿病脑病因其临床表现的多样性及不稳定性大大增加了临床诊断和治疗难度,对学习、记忆、理解、判断、视听触觉等能力的测试有助于糖尿病脑病的早期诊治。 Insulin is a significant endocrine in human body, which not only participate in adjustment of energy metabolism, but also have nutritive function to neurocyte. Insulin resistance and brain function have intensive correlation. Insulin resistance and(or) insulin inadequacy can affect glucose metabolism of the brain and nerve nutritive action, then change the physiological function of nervous system and anatomical construction, result in cognitive dysfunction and accelerate the progress of brain ageing. The various and unstable symptoms in diabetic brain dysfunction increase the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment. Some surveys indicated that sever tests about study, memory, comprehension, judgement and other sentience are very useful to early diagnosis of diabetic brain dysfunction.
