发动机振动测试分析系统的应用

摘要 以PC为硬件平台、以NI公司LabVIEW软件为开发平台,开发了发动机振动测试分析系统,通过实际振动测试,确定了缸盖螺栓拧紧力矩与发动机机体振动的关系,这就为确定螺栓合理拧紧力矩范围提供了一种方便的测试与分析方法,它对指导车辆维修具有较大的实用价值,对发动机设计、制造也具有一定的借鉴作用。 The engine vibration test system was developed based on PC as hardware workbench, laboratory virtual instrument workbench (LabVIEW) developed by America National Instruments corporation as development software. By testing the practical vibration, the relationship between bolts tightening torque and body vibration was determined. This would provide a convenience testing and analyzing method for defining the reasonable range of tightened torque of the bolts'. It is of great practical value in guiding vehicle maintenance, and have certain reference value in engine design and manufacture, too.
