摘要
本文在理论分析的基础上，全面地描述了密勒电路的起始正跳，并指出该电路的非线性系数与起始正跳无关。
On the basic of the theory analyses， this paper comprehensively describes the starting positive step up of Miller circuit， and points out that the Non－linearity tactor of this circuit has nothingic do with the starting positive step
