摘要
通过正交试验探讨了纯胶生产中酯化反应的工艺参数,试验结果表明:反应体系的pH值对取代度的影响最大,反应时间对取代度的影响最小;反应时间12 h,反应温度为35℃,pH为8.5,淀粉乳质量分数为35%时反应效果比较理想。
In this paper esternization factors of starch sodium alkenyl succinate is optimized through crossing tests, the effect of pH value of reaction system on degree of substitution is maximal, the effect of reaction time on degree of substitution is minimal, experimental results show the best reaction conditions are reaction time of 12 h, temperature of 35℃, pH = 8.5, concentration of starch ester 35 %.
