摘要
高活性和高选择性的催化剂是解决蒽醌法生产过氧化氢过程中瓶颈问题的根本途径。综述了近年来高活性和高选择性镍、钯、铂系催化剂制备的进展。指出负载型镍系非晶态合金和钯系高分子催化剂应是今后蒽醌加氢催化剂研究的方向。
It is essential for the improvement of the industrial production capability of hydrogen prepare higher active and selective catalyst for the hydrogenation of 2-ethylanthraquinone (EAQ), peroxide to which is the most important step in the anthraquinone process. The most recent progress in the preparation of the higher active and selective catalyst with the different active metal, such as nickel, palladium and platinum were reviewed in detail. It is indicated that the research and development on the higher active and selective catalyst for EAQ hydrogenation should focus on the supported amorphous Ni-B catalysts and the supported polymer-Pal catalysts.
