微滤深度处理生活污水的中试研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用微滤技术对二级生化处理后的生活污水进行以回用为目的的深度处理中试研究,产水水质稳定,化学耗氧量(CODCr)的平均值为23.3 mg/L,细菌总数平均620 cfu/mL,浊度平均1.03NTU,水质优于回用水的水质标准。通过试验确定了操作压力和膜面流速等操作条件对膜性能的影响,并摸索出适合的化学清洗方案。 In the study, the pilot scale device of microfihration (MF) is employed to deeply treat the municipal sewage which has been treated through certain biochemical method with the aim to reuse it. The experimental results show that the value of CODcr is 23.3 mg/L, the total amount of Bacilli is 602 cfu/mL, and the product turbidity is 1.03 NTU. The quality of product water is stable and is higher than that of the standard recycledwater. The operation presure and membrane performances of MF are tested in the experiment and appropriate chemical cleaning modes are proposed.
