摘要 非经典的人类白细胞抗原I类分子因其在母胎界面滋养细胞表面的独特表达及其在免疫系统中的重要作用而受到越来越多的关注。该文就非经典的人类白细胞抗原I类分子的结构、功能、基因多态性及其与妊娠免疫的关系,与病理性妊娠,如反复自然流产、妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性方面的最新进展作以综述。 Nonclassical human leucocyte antigen class Ⅰ molecules（HLA-Ib） are selectively expressed on trophoblasts at the fetalmaternal interface and they may play important roles in maternal-fetal immune tolerance. So, they attract more and more attention. We reviewed progress in research on the structure, function, gene polymorphism of HLA-Ib molecules and its relationship with immunology in pregnancy.
