摘要
宫颈癌在全球妇女恶性肿瘤中居第二位,在人乳头瘤病毒疫苗尚未在人群中应用之前,普查仍是预防和控制宫颈癌的主要手段。随着细胞分子生物学的研究进展,在细胞分子水平发现宫颈癌新的危险因素已成为当前研究热点。人乳头瘤病毒感染宫颈上皮细胞后所引起的一系列分子改变有可能作为人乳头瘤病毒感染的替代标志物,用于早期识别人乳头瘤病毒感染相关宫颈疾病。本文就目前所研究的有关宫颈疾病的诊断性分子标志物作以综述。
Cervical cancer is ranked the second place in female malignancies worldwide. Screening is still the main measure in prevention and control of cervical cancer before HPV vaccines being widely applied to populations. With development of cell molecular biology, finding new risk factors of cervical cancer at molecule level has become the hotpoint of the study. A series of molecular changes after HPV infects the epithelial cells of cervix, may be as alternative biomarkers to be used to early identify those HPV associated cervical diseases. This article reviewed potential molecular biomarkers for diagnosis of cervical lesions in the recent researches.
