摘要
Rab25属于小G蛋白家族,与Rab11具有同源性,参与细胞的动力过程。新近有研究认为Rab25有可能成为卵巢癌治疗的又一新途径。该文综述了Rab蛋白的结构、功能,特别是囊泡形成、转运、粘附、锚定、融合等不同的运输阶段调控囊泡的运输。目前已知PIK3CA基因在晚期卵巢癌中表达明显增多,研究发现Rab25表达上调增加PIK3CA的活性,表明Rab25参与了卵巢癌的发病,与疾病的发展及预后密切相关。
Rab25 is a small GTP-protein , which is homologous with Rah11, and participates in regulation of many dynamic cellular processes. Recently, the study showed that Rab25 is associated with progression and prognosis of ovarian cancer closely. So,Rab25 may be one of new approach for treatment of ovarian cancer. This article reviewed structure and function of Rab proteins, especially transport of regulatory vesicula in different transport processes such as vesiculation, transport, adhesion, anchoring and fusion. Now it is known that expression of PIK3CA increases significantly in the advanced ovarian cancer. It is found that upregulation of Rab25 can increase the activity of PIK3CA,which suggest that Rah25 play roles in developmont of ovarian cancer and is related to the development and prognosis of the disease.
