摘要
目的研究充血性心力衰竭患者血浆β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)和细胞凋亡基因表达产物sFas的水平,并观察两者间的相关性。方法将心功能不全患者77例依据NYHA心功能分级分为3组,同时选择健康人30例作为正常对照组,分别检测研究对象的sFas和β2-MG水平。结果各组CHF患者的sFas和β2-MG均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。而且随心功能的加重sFas和β2-MG的水平也显著上升。同时发现在心衰患者中β2-MG与sFas水平呈显著正相关(相关系数r=0.481,P<0.01)。结论心肌细胞的凋亡是心衰发生的重要病理生理机制之一,且随心功能的下降细胞凋亡的程度加重;而β2-MG可能也参与了心肌细胞调亡的发生。
Objective To study the levels of Soluble Fas(sFas) and β2-microglobium(β2-MG) in the patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure(CHF) and research the relationship between them. Methods 77 patients with CHF were divided to three groups according to NYHA and 30 hearty subjects were taken as control, sFas and β2-MG were measured. Results the levels of sFas and β2-MG in CHF groups were significantly higher these of control group (P 〈 0.01), and with the severity of heart failure, the levels of sFas and β2-MG significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). At the same time, the levels of sFas and β2-MG appear positive relationship(r=0. 481, P 〈 0. 01). Conclusions cardiolmyocyte apoptosis is one of the important pathogenesis in the patients with CHF,and with the severity of heart failure,the levels of sFas and β2-MG will significantly increase. β2-MG may be involved in the procedure of cardiolmyocyte apoptosis in CHF.
