玉屏风散发酵液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

The Regulating Effect Of Yupingfeng-ferment-product On The Immune Function Of Immunosuppressive Mice

目的探讨玉屏风散发酵液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法用环磷酰胺制备免疫抑制小鼠模型,分别用玉屏风散煎剂和玉屏风散发酵液灌胃,剂量为9.375g/kg,连续给药10天。空白对照组和模型组用蒸馏水灌胃。测定小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、脾抗体细胞形成数。结果同玉屏风散煎剂相比,玉屏风散发酵液能明显改善由环磷酰胺所导致的小鼠脾和胸腺萎缩,以及脾抗体细胞形成数的减少。结论玉屏风散发酵液能明显改善免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能低下状态。

Objective To study the regulating effect of Yupingfeng-- ferment--product on the immune function of immunosuppressive mice, Methods After immunosuppressive mice models were made by CP,4 groups of mice were respectively dosed with Yupingfeng apozem and Yupingfeng--ferment-product at the dose of equivalent to 9.375g herbal slices per kilogram weight for 10 days.and the control group and CP group was ingested distilled water. Spleen index, thymus index and the antibody forming cell number were performed to determine the immune function of immunosuppressive mice. Results Compared with Yupingfeng apozem,Yupingfeng-ferment- product was able to increase Spleen index, thymus index and the antibody forming cell number,and to reverse the immunosuppressive effects of CP significantly. Conclusions Yupingfeng-ferment-product can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice evidently.
